In 2009 LW BOGDANKA S.A. complied with the rules of the “Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies” (hereinafter the “Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies”) binding at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

On 19 October 2011, the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) adopted a resolution on introducing changes to the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies. The resolution became effective on 1 January 2012. The Company makes efforts to comply with all rules of the Code of Best Practice.
