Born in 1955. Graduated in the year 1980 from the Mining Faculty - specialization in Designing and Construction of the Mines - in Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow.
In the year 1996 completed the post-graduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics in the scope of Enterprise Finances Management. Mr. Mirosław Taras attended many training sessions, training courses and workshops, completed the course for the candidates for the members of directory boards JSSP and passed the final exam successfully.
Since the year 1980, Mr. Mirosław Taras is associated with Lubelskie Zagłębie Węglowe. During the period 1980-1991 and 1992-1998 was employed in PP KWK „Bogdanka and KWK „Bogdanka” as well as in the companies Lubcoal S.A. and in Grupa Kapitałowa Lubelski Węgiel S.A. thereafter as the Deputy to the President of Management. Since 2001 employed in Lubelski Węgiel „Bogdanka” S.A again as the Director of Zakład Ceramiki Budowlanej; since 2003 as Deputy to the Director for Trade and Railway Transport - Proxy.

Born in 1959. In the year 1997 completed the post-graduate studies in the Central Mining Institute in Katowice in the scope of Management of Occupational Hygiene and Safety.
Since the beginning of His career, Mr. Zbigniew Stopa is associated with „Bogdanka” S.A., and was employed on all levels from the trainee miner up the Head of the Mining Works Department and attended many training sessions and training courses, completed the course for the candidates for the members of directory boards JSSP.

Master in economy
Graduated from University of Gdańsk in Faculty for Production Economics and completed the post-graduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics in the scope of “International Standards in finance and accounting”

He is a graduate of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Faculty of Social Sciences, specialisation: management and marketing (he graduated in 2007).
He completed secondary education at the Electric Technical School in Zamość with a title of technical electrician, specialisation: general electromechanics.
Since 4 February 1988 Mr Lech Tor has been an employee at Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. in Bogdanka in the position of an underground electrical devices fitter.
He is a holder of Polish Electricians Association license and intra-company authorisations to operate electrical devices up to 10 kV. In 2010 he also completed DEx I training for electrical maintenance supervisors, conducted by Central Mining Institute in Katowice.
